UV varnish

UV varnishing is a process of applying a gloss or mat layer to protect products and to receive aesthetic values. Products are totally or selectively coated by special gums, photopolymers or screen. We exploit also pearl varnishes – Irodin or glitter which make the products look more effective.

UV varnishing is carried on two modern machines:

Heidelberg CD 102 LYX, in B1 format:

  • maximum speed: 15 000 ark/h
  • maximum sheet size: 720 x 1020 mm
  • minimum sheet size: 340 x 480 mm
  • grammage: 70 - 500 g/m2

  Sakurai, w formacie in B1 format:

  • maximum speed: 3 000 ark/h,
  • maximum sheet size: 720 x 1020 mm
  • minimum sheet size: 370 x 560 mm
  • grammage: 115 - 350 g/m2
